Hi Everyone! This is just a quick post to update you on my performance in the Twin Cities Marathon! I am no longer a 26.2 virgin:) Woo hoo!!!!!!!!
After three Biffy stops and numerous times walking...here it is!
Final Time....4:09:45!
More to come later! I am tired, sore and need a nap:)
What an awesome marathon! It was perfect running weather with the best course ever! Fans were cheering for us the entire 26.2!
I have to say that the hardest part was the last six miles! Good Lord! I will have all of the crazy details for you later:) Some very entertaining...some not so much!

ReplyDeleteIt was unreal perfect weather for running! Congratulations Julie! you did great...did you see Alan Page playing tuba at mi.3? How bout those crowds! unbelievable. That is a great time, from mile 20 to 24 that is not an easy stretch uphill the whole way. Way to go!~!!
